The 40″ press format handles full-size commercial work across a broad range of applications. UV coating capability means high-gloss, durable finishes are available without an additional production step or outside vendor. Aqueous coating provides a faster-drying, cleaner alternative for pieces that need surface protection without the sheen of UV.

Every sheetfed job goes through Hartley’s prepress department before it hits the press. We run KODAK Prinergy Workflow and the KODAK Magnus 800 with AutoLoader Platesetter. Files can be submitted direct through our website, FTP, e-mail, or Share File Digital IMS, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
